GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1. Duration of stay
A customer who reserves accommodation with the owner for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises.

Article 2. Reservation formalities
Reservations can be made on the owner's website (www.labonneplanque.com).
The owner invites the guest to review the following information regarding this reservation:

Their contact details, particularly their email address and mobile phone number, so that they can be contacted before and during the booking.

The room reserved, the number of people, the arrival date, the departure date, the number of nights.

Article 3. Room prices
The rates displayed in euros and net of taxes are the prices per room for two people, per night, breakfast included, tourist tax included. Rates vary depending on the room type. Rates do not include any additional services.

Article 4. Regulation
Reservations and availability requests are made on the owner's website. For a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay amount – excluding any additional services – is required. This deposit is refunded in the event of cancellation, no later than 48 hours before the arrival date. If canceled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit is retained in full. La Bonne Planque accepts cash and credit card payments.
Paid amenities and other additional services are payable at the end of the stay. They are detailed on the invoice. The tourist tax is a local tax that the guest must pay to the owner, who remits it to the Public Treasury. The tourist tax is included in the room rate. It is clearly indicated on the invoice.
The invoice amount is expressed in euros and net of tax.

Article 5. Modification of the reservation
Any modification of the reservation, date, room, is only possible after agreement from the establishment La Bonne Planque, and may possibly result in additional costs and will be made according to availability on the date of the modification.

Article 6. Cancellation of stay by the customer / No show / Early departure
- The 25% deposit requested at the time of booking is fully refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
- If cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit is retained in full.
- In the event of a no-show, the deposit is retained in full.
- In the event of a curtailment of the stay, the full amount will be charged.

Article 7. Cancellation insurance
La Bonne Planque draws attention to the fact that cancellation insurance is not included in its rates. It is therefore strongly recommended that you purchase one.

Article 8. Cancellation of stay by the establishment
If La Bonne Planque cancels the reservation before the start of the stay, it will immediately notify the customer by email and/or telephone. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for all amounts paid.

Article 9. Arrival Time
Guests must arrive on the day specified at the time of booking, no earlier than 5:00 p.m. and no later than 7:00 p.m.
Guests are requested to notify their expected arrival time in advance by telephone or email.
If, and only exceptionally, guests are required to arrive outside of this time slot, they must notify La Bonne Planque by telephone or email. La Bonne Planque will do its best to accommodate any special requests.

Article 10. Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate. It is served between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m., in the dining room or on the terrace, depending on the weather.

Article 11. departure time
The guest must have left the room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Article 12. Change of room
La Bonne Planque may need to change the room originally booked by the guest for service or security reasons. In this case, the change will always be made to a room offering the same level of service.
Article 13. Pets
Pets are welcome at La Bonne Planque.

Article 14. Ability
This contract is established for a specific number of people, two people per room. An extra bed, charged at €25, may be added upon prior request in the Coquelicot and Lin Lavande rooms. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of guests greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 15. Art of living and use of places
The entire house is dedicated to peace and quiet. To preserve the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of guests, everyone is asked to respect a "certain art of living." Therefore, to avoid disturbing other guests and for the well-being of all, movement in the common areas and rooms must be done without excessive noise (suitcases, shoe heels, raised voices, etc.).
For safety reasons, the use of open flames such as matches, candles, incense, sparklers, etc., throughout La Bonne Planque is strictly prohibited. Guests agree to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to systematically report and assume financial responsibility for any damage for which they are responsible. Guests are requested to respect the items provided. Any unreported disappearance of items from the house, whether decorative or practical, such as towels, hair dryers, magnifying mirrors, etc., is prohibited. Any items (this list is not exhaustive) will be billed to the customer at a later date at their replacement value.
You can move around La Bonne Planque freely, except in areas marked "PRIVATE." The entire establishment is non-smoking.

Article 16. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified by the owner of La Bonne Planque at any time and without prior notice. Acceptance and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the reservation is made.

Article 17. Data Protection Act
In accordance with Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data and Decree No. 2019-536 of May 29, 2019 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her. La Bonne Planque undertakes not to transmit under any circumstances the information that the customer has communicated to other companies or organizations for advertising purposes.
